Black Forest SlashMulch Safety DocAntiDiscrimination Doc For this year SAMCOM founder Ruth Ann Steele always wanted to keep costs low so that we could mitigate the Forest. She arranged for volunteers to run the operation. No one is paid except for the contracted operators of the loaders and grinder. For years we just asked for a nonperishable food item for Black Forest Cares.
