Home - Our home Helping communities have a better way of life since 1977. We work with State local governments and utility companies to improve energy use. Veterans in Community Service Welcome Veterans who served in WWII and the Koren War began this organization in 1977 to assist all local neighborhoods in need of assitance. Our current focus is on free energysaving programs that make it possible for low income families and indivuals to lower their utility bills.
