Friends of New Mexico Fisher House
Friends of New Mexico Fisher House is to support the Fisher House built by the Fisher House Foundation on the grounds of the Raymond G Murphy Veterans Medical Center in Albuquerque NM to support Americas Veterans in their time of need by providing a home away from home to enable families to be close during hospitalization. The Fisher House provides housing for families of Veterans and active duty Service members free of charge with a private room; shared kitchen laundry room facilities and outdoor areas while their loved one is in the care of the Veterans Hospital. The House is within walking distance of the hospital and there is no charge for the familys stay.
