Application Process Income Eligibility Application Packages Application Process Income Eligibility Application Packages Donate to MEND MEND founded in 1969 by nine Moorestown churches is a private nonprofit corporation that develops builds owns and manages affordable rental housing in southern New Jersey. Our housing portfolio provides a wide variety of belowmarket rental apartments for low and moderate income individuals and families. MENDs housing is available to households needing a helping hand in securing a decent safe affordable place to call home including single adults senior citizens families and persons with special needs.
