ROSE develops affordable housing & provides community-led programming in outer SE Portland. RT+❤≠Endorsement ROSE Community Development is a non-profit organization in southeast Portland that builds affordable housing and creates neighborhood opportunities for residents to thrive. We have developed 550 affordable homes, including rental and for-sale projects. Additionally, we do comprehensive community development through our Resident Assets, Baby Booster and Lents Youth Initiative programs, giving families the resources and support they need to be successful. Our 30 years of experience in affordable housing has given us a deep, local knowledge of the impact a supportive community can have for families. We value community collaboration, diversity, integrity, and respect.
