The Southern Delaware Orchestra (SODELO) is a community orchestra dedicated to fostering musical excellence, diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and community engagement in Southern Delaware. Our mission is to provide a welcoming environment where musicians can learn, play, and perform a wide range of orchestral music for the southern Delaware community; provide opportunities for students in the musical arts; collaborate with other arts and music groups; and inspire the next generation of musicians. Our concerts celebrate community, culture, and the enduring power of music, and we work to ensure everyone feels accepted and included in our musical journey.
