PBCI educates citizens on their constitutional rights — and elected officials on their responsibilities — under PA’s powerful Environmental Rights Amendment. Our mission is the implementation of the Pennsylvania Environmental Rights Amendment, through a coordinated public education effort to take effective steps toward mitigation of emissions of greenhouse gases and adaptation to climate change.
