First to get the unhoused sheltered or housed. Because there are many barriers to basic services, many of those in need fall through the cracks. We are committed to make every effort during our street outreach to get everyone to a shelter that wants to go. For those who decline, we do our best to equip them for the night. We then return to check on them. UCS Outreach at Urban City Services is the Boots on the Ground.
