Whiskers is a nonprofit 501c3 nokill volunteer animal rescue serving Allegany County MD and the surrounding areas in nearby Maryland and West Virginia. We rescue animals who are abandoned homeless sick injuredand or neglected. Animals in our care are spayed or neutered socialized and receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment while awaiting adoption. Some are placed in foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes.
