ABOUT US Impacting Racial Inequity Through Building Knowledge of Financial Literacy. The Empowerment Project NFP is a nonprofit organization driven by the desire to eliminate racial inequality in underserved communities in the Chicago area. We seek to provide a lasting solution to racial inequality and financial literacy in these environs by building knowledge in financial literacy. Built around a network of experienced and passionate people who care about financial literacy and racial equality we have come together to provide lasting solutions.
