CHAPS Equine Assisted Services Welcome to CHAPS Equine Assisted Services CHAPS Equine Assisted Services is dedicated to serving our community through Equine Assisted Services EAS. CHAPS is a safe place to learn grow and heal. Our Programs CHAPS accepts participants aged four and up that are medically able to participate with a diagnosed condition that will benefit from our services. Our programs serve people of all ages with physical mental social andor psychological disabilities.
