The Fund has as its principal activity the collection and investment of funds received from electrcial contractors for the purposes of providing educational and cultural benefits to members of the Local Union No. 3 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO and maintenance of the Electrical Industry Center.
