The Mindful Project We coach public sector employees on mitigating the effects of jobrelated stress trauma on the mindbody system. Mindfulness for JobRelated Stress Series Course Choose from a 6 8 or 12 week series. Classes are once or twice weekly for an hour and also include a digital component. InPerson or Virtual Classes can be held inperson in the DFW area or elsewhere if there is a budget for travel.
