I.C.T.H provides shared housing and services to families that are displaced, homeless, or in need to regain their stability in our communities. Our goal is to prevent seniors, families, mothers, children, youth, mentally challenged, vets, and senior citizens from being homeless and prevent from remaining in abusive relationships, children being abused. by decreasing the statistics. By educating women, youth and families, training for employment through our 2-year program. Computer skills, office skills, money management and budgeting, counseling, parenting skills, anger management, job clubs, domestic violence classes, and career choices. curriculum are phases of our program.
