The mission of Swingin' D Horse Rescue is to save horses from the slaughter pipeline, nurse them back to health, evaluate and train them, and adopt them to responsible owners. We also advocate for responsible horse ownership by educating the public about responsible ownership through videos and written materials.

Volunteer Our volunteers help provide the highest possible quality care for the horses we save. We always need help mucking grooming bathing feeding walking shopping for feed and organizing. Experienced horse people help with evaluating and training.
