Transformation Outreach was launched in 2008 as a community outreach ministry of Higher Expectations Church with the vision of restoring hope to youth and families in Northeast Harris County. After many years of serving the community faithful the leaders of HEC prayed and landed on the fact that Transformation Outreach CDC could have a greater impact as community ministry.
