Our vision is to provide profound information and services that enable individuals to feel and become self sufficient productive citizens of their home work place community and spiritual life. We have launched out to serve EBR and surrounding Parishes with Voices Of Virtue to bring victory to victims by enhancing resources standing together and with an outpouring of divine diversity among knowledge of needs through community services provided by local government law enforcements professionals and organizations. This outreach is a collaboration of Faith Based Communities and Resources standing on values of quality integrity and authority.
