Welcome to Little by Little A Message from Our Founders Our first medical team that served at Mountain Top Ministries MTM in Gramothe Haiti was in 2005 with the mission to provide medicalnursing care to those in need of improved health and wellbeing. During our first trip we focused our resources on identifying and treating acute illness and infections intestinal worms skin infestations such as scabies and fungus which commonly affected women and children. We knew that malnutrition was prevalent so we were prepared with deworming medication peanut butter and vitamins for distribution to children pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
