ALTHOUGH OUR FOCUS IS MATERNAL/CHILD WELLNESS AND FAMILY PRIMARY CARE. WE TREAT EVERYONE WHO FINDS THEIR WAY TO OUR CLINIC IN HAITI. WE ALSO PROVIDE CARE FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN AND ORPHANS FROM THE SURROUNDING AREA. OUR FIRST FOCUS IS TO RELIEVE SUFFERING BY USING OUR RESOURCES AGAINST INFECTIONS, INFESTATIONS, MAULNUTRITION, AND TO TREAT THE SIMPLE DISEASES WE ENCOUNTER. WHILE IN THE CLINIC, WE TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TEACH GENERAL HYGIENE PRACTICES AND PROVIDE FAMILIES WITH TOOTHBRUSHES, SOAP AND ANTIBACTERAIAL OINTMENT. ALSO, BY PROVIDING VITAMINS TO ALL PREGNANT AND LACTATING WOMEN, TO ALL CHILDREN, AND TO THOSE WITH SEVER ANEMIA, WE ARE HELPING TO PROMOTE A HEALTHIER START IN LIFE, WHILE SUSTAINING OTHERS IN NEED.

Little By Little - Homepage Little By Little is a nonprofit organization that faithfully partners with those in need of improved health and wellbeing. Welcome to Little by Little A Message from Our Founders Our first medical team that served at Mountain Top Ministries MTM in Gramothe Haiti was in 2005 with the mission to provide medicalnursing care to those in need of improved health and wellbeing. During our first trip we focused our resources on identifying and treating acute illness and infections intestinal worms skin infestations such as scabies and fungus which commonly affected women and children. We knew that malnutrition was prevalent so we were prepared with deworming medication peanut butter and vitamins for distribution to children pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
