County Fairs The WoodClaeyssens Foundation WCF supports the local nonprofit community by purchasing livestock sold at the Junior Livestock Auctions held during the county fairs. About the Foundation Established as a private nonprofit foundation in 1980 the WoodClaeyssens Foundation supports the local community through its grantmaking.
