Founded in 1998, the Community Outreach Center (COC) is a respected 501(c)(3) Community-Based Organization serving the disadvantaged, low-income, ethnic-subculture community residing in the Hudson Valley - New York area. Its mission is to build a stronger community by advancing the health, welfare, and economic status of the target population through the provision of a broad range of social and human services. Services including, but not limited to, advocacy, education, job placement, counseling, referrals, health and human services, and senior support have improved the lives of tens of thousands of people who have turned to COC for assistance during the past two and a half decades.
