The League of Utah Writers is a non-profit organization offering friendship, education, and encouragement to poets and writers of Utah. New members welcome. Our organization is dedicated to the encouragement and improvement of all writers in their writing skills. Members are writers and poets with various interests at all levels of skill and professionalism, and they meet in local chapters around the state to write, read, and discuss their work. They share ideas and expertise on the art of writing. We cover the entire State of Utah. We have local chapters from Logan to St. George, Tooele to Heber, and even from Salt Lake City to an online chapter for those who are remote or unable to attend a local chapter.
