Itty Bitty Kitty City (IBKC) mission is to save the lives of orphaned kittens. We are a foster base volunteer organization that provides care to kittens from intake-to-adoption. IBKC is a non-profit and licensed rescue that operates solely from donations for supplies, formula, kitten food, veterinarian care, vaccinations and spay/neuter.
