Duffy’s Impact: Pathways to Hope 💜 Pathways to Hope is more than a program. It’s a lifeline for those struggling with suicidal ideation. Through weekly outreach calls and in-person support, our interventionists build trust, connection, and hope, helping patients access behavioral health, psychiatry, and medical care. Recently, a patient battling severe depression shared that the weekly calls helped them feel safe and supported. Another patient, struggling in inhabitable housing, worked with their interventionist to develop self-advocacy skills, secure a job, and move into safe housing. Someone in active addiction initially resisted help, but over time, built trust, connected with services, entered treatment, and is now sober, employed, and rebuilding their life. Duffy’s Impact: Building Your Toolbox for Wellness & Hope 💜 Thanks to a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), Duffy launched "Building Your Toolbox," a suicide prevention intervention group that has already completed two successful six-week sessions. This program provides a safe and supportive space where participants learn mindfulness practices, engage in activities that promote healing, and explore key wellness topics such as stress relief, embracing change, and building hope for the future.
