The Foundation supports charitable organizations, qualifed under the IRS Code section 501(c)(3), which serve financially disadvantaged residents of the State of Colorado.  The Foundation offers grants for programs that provide an array of services aimed at bringing self-sufficiency to members of highly motivated at-risk populations.  The Foundation welcomes applications for programs providing a variety of services to family units with infants and young children.  The Foundation does not fund programs for research, health care, the elderly, religious education, animal welfare, endowments, or those that are primarily recreational.
