MISSION OUTREACH: Committing to Mission outreach.....explore ways that CUCC can empower its members to live their faith ....put faith into action by serving others here in the Inland Valley or around the world 2. CHILDREN & YOUTH: Expanding ministry to serve children, youth, families....discover creative ways to implement cross generational learning and nurturing....bring new educational resources to enhance learning of all ages in our congregation 3. ADULT ENGAGEMENT: Provide adult spiritual direction opportunities...Empower members to deepen their faith by understanding more fully the implications of biblical teaching on how we live our days....deepening individual and common prayer, study and spiritual development. 4. VITAL WORSHIP: Provide dynamic worship experiences....Nurture our traditions in worship and music while cultivating quality expressions of more contemporary proclamation, praise and prayer...make worship more meaningful, accessible to all age groups....deepening the emotional content of all worship services through song and dance. 5. APPROPRIATE STAFFING: Develop Church Staff that reflects our vision. In collaboration with staff, align current job descriptions or create wholly new positions that will enable us to live more faithfully into our calling to serve Jesus at this time in this place. Develop policies and procedures that support those efforts. 6. FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY: To develop a sustainable fiscal structure that supports our vision and goals. To continue the process of making the financial practices of our church transparent so that all members have ownership in the process. To continue to engage our membership in a deep understanding of Stewardship of our resources.
