QUIXOTE HUMANE INCORPORATED
Valencia County, New Mexico, suffers from an extreme overpopulation of companion pets (dogs and cats) and has limited government resources to address the problems of safe pet adoption and spay/neuter challenges. QH partners with local animal shelters and other animal rescues organizations to solve these problems while actively working to find "forever" homes for companion animals. QH sponsors educational awareness programs to make pet owners more aware the needs of proper care. We are providing low-cost spay and neuter for pets in low-income homes in the County.
