Heroes Helping Heroes is a non-profit that focuses on the strength, perseverance, and courage of the Police Officers, Firefighters, EMT’s, Military Veterans, and their families in our local area. First Responders put their lives on the line for us every day as they face hardships that most of us will never know. The repetitive negative experience of stressful and potentially traumatic events that they face daily leaves them particularly vulnerable to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Heroes Helping Heroes hopes to not only build awareness of the hardships they face, but also allow us to provide the support, awareness, assets, and services to these Heroes when they need assistance.
