The Butte Special Riders BSR Mission The Butte Special Riders BSR program facilitates personal growth and development of social and physical skills for children and youth with special needs through equine interactions. BSR Accreditation BSR is an accredited center of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship PATH International. PATH provides strict standards of excellence in all phases of therapeutic riding. The BSR History In 1988 Jim and Joani Kissocks daughter Britt spent time helping children with special needs through equine interactions or hippotherapy with the horse branch of her 4H club.
