The Friends of Mine Kill and Max V Shaul State Parks endeavor to financially strengthen the parks through solicitation and fundraising in order to maintain and improve programming, park infrastructure and public attendance. Also to provide safe recreational, environmental, and educational opportunities for visitors and to provide volunteers, participate in park planning, and advocate for the well being of the park.
