We are dedicated to empowering individuals to transform their community through compassionate action. We accomplish this by rescuing children into a loving home for a lifetime and providing entrepreneurial focused education that transforms lives for generations to come in Tanzania, Africa. We do this through a children's home, education, and community outreach efforts.

Small Steps for Compassion Inspiring global change through community transformation in Tanzania Africa Small Steps is the combined effort of loving and passionate people eager to equip young people in the Mt. Meru region of Tanzania and make a lasting impact in our world. We provide a loving home for 30 girls and our continually evolving school is providing quality education to over 400 students. Teachers housemoms groundstaff kids and Small Steps volunteers offer their unique gifts to transform the lives and community around them.
