At the Fay Rural Community Foundation we envision a future in which rural America continues to be strong where families choose to live and have access to quality education healthcare and growth opportunities for generations to come. HEALTHCARE EDUCATION YOUTH Recent Posts Kaycee FFA Greenhouse Project A Blooming Success. In December 2023 Kaycee Wyoming FFA embarked on an exciting project with facilitation by Fay Rural Community Foundation to purchase plants for their newly constructed A Communitys Generosity Making Dreams Come True for Cokeville High School Students In November of 2023 the Fay Rural Community Foundation FRCF had the pleasure of joining forces with two incredibly generous Fay Ranches Wyoming land agents Nourishing Hope The Lingle Fort Laramie Hunger Initiative Nestled within the heart of Wyoming Lingle is a tightknit community with a population of approximately 400 residents.
