Greater Evansville Music Teachers Association GEMTA About Us The Greater Evansville Teachers Association GEMTA is a group of Evansville area music teachers mainly piano teachers who meet once a month during the school year. GEMTA was established and expanded from a group formerly known as the KEY Society. Our goal is to improve our teaching so that we may further the experience joy and benefits of a musical education. GEMTA meets 1012 times per year for educational opportunities including guest speakers masterclasses discussion and more.
