The Urban Leaders Fellowship is a paid summer fellowship for professionals who are already leaders in their own right. To provide opportunities for early and mid-career professionals to develop as leaders and expand their understanding of policy through training and practical experience that adds capacity to local governmental officials and community-based partner organizations.
