Opioid Crisis Action Network Your Custom Text Here The Opioid Crisis Action Network Recovery Fund OCANRF a 501c3 was founded in January 2018 by Heather and Larry Arata after the overdose death of their 23 year old son Brendan. In his honor OCANRF pays for the treatment and housing in best practices recovery homes for those suffering from substance use disorder. OCANRF provides grants to best practices treatment centers and recovery homes on behalf of those in financial need suffering from substance use disorder. OCANRF does not accept or pay referral fees to any treatment center or recovery home.
