“To treat illness in those who are sick and to prevent illness in those who are well” Intermed International, Inc. / DBA Dooley Intermed International & Dooley Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-sectarian, non-political, private voluntary organization receiving its financial support from private contributions. The purpose of the organization is to provide medical assistance to refugees, children, and villagers in the less privileged parts of the world with emphasis on self-help projects in the areas of preventive medicine, public health, family planning and health worker training.

Gift Of The Sight Loss of vision has profound consequences in a 3rd world living environment. Vision problems in children create severe learning handicaps and can cause them to become social outcasts. In adults loss of vision often means they must depend on family members or resort to begging to survive.
