Revolution Dance Works

Follow Message Edit

Revolution Dance Works (RDW) celebrates complex expressions of gender and identity through highly crafted dance performances. RDW seeks to celebrate the underrepresented communities in dance and performance. Our specific objectives and purpose are: • to build a network between disparate dance and performance communities; • to develop new audiences for dance through the creation of, education, and touring of contemporary dance and performance; • to provide educational opportunities in the communities RDW serves; • to provide opportunities for underrepresented dancers and choreographers; • to sponsor and host events and activities that promote contemporary dance.
