Hawkins Hideaway Farms

Follow Message Edit

AT Hawkins Hideaway Farms our mission is to rescue per or "designer" pigs who have been abandoned or are at risk of abandonment, while also educating the public on the care of these pigs. Many designer pig owners go into ownership blind. They hear “Miniature Pot-Bellied Pig”, see a small piglet, and believe that the pig will remain small throughout its life. They are misinformed. These animals will grow large, miniature refers to anything 300lbs and below. This misinformation is primarily what leads to abandoned pigs and pigs in need of rehoming.

What I appreciate most about Eduo is its neutrality and inclusivity. It doesn't push any agenda — just provides tools for people to explore and support what matters to them.
