BRIGHTER Ventures | Advancing Women-Led Entrepreneurship Startups are the keys to job creation and leadership in new industries. The economic impact of increased female entrepreneurial participation is significant a continues to be a major driver of economic growth However for women entrepreneurs lack of resources and financing remain major obstacles. Only 22 of all venture capital dollars went to women founders in 2018. She was instrumental in securing significant bilateral and multilateral donor funding as well as innovating financing for the international organizations and private entities.
