Under her guidance, we've relaunched our branding with a refreshed logo and a redesigned, user-friendly website that reflects our mission and improves the member experience. With GinaLisa’s leadership, we've helped shape and support key legislation, deepened our partnership with Political Solutions to keep members informed, and increased retention through clear, relevant advocacy. She has helped us fine-tune internal workflows, allowing us to operate more efficiently and refocus our energy on what matters most: standing up for family-owned wineries across California. Thanks to her, our shift from public tasting events to stronger legislative advocacy has never been more purposeful — or more powerful.
