The mission of ECAN is to illuminate and activate people's deep need to contribute to the lives of others. We wish to demonstrate that there is an abundance of sources of compassion here, in central Lane County, Oregon, and that once our citizens become self-aware of their similarities, their team identity, there will an exponential scaling up of the impact among organizations and individuals on social problems as collaboration on service projects accelerates.
