MEMORY CARE RESPITE OF FLORENCE
We provide respite for families caring for loved ones living with dementia by providing an adult social daycare program at the Florence Senior Center. "Coffee Club" is a failure free program designed to meet the needs of persons living with dementia (PLWD) who are still functioning well enough to be living at home but cannot be left unsupervised. We provide the opportunity for our participants to regain some independence, make new friends, and have positive social experiences through cognitively appropriate activities. Our organization is fully run and staffed by trained volunteers.

We provide respite for caregivers as well as socialization time for seniors who are getting a bit too forgetful to be left on their own.
