Dream Builders 4 Equity Footage by TheSTL Build it. Working alongside minority contractors our students rehabilitate vacant North City properties that are sold to firsttime homeowners. Students are employed at 1015hour and receive a percentage of the property sales in scholarship funds. Own It.
