JVS supports jobseekers with the skills to secure quality careers with family-sustaining wages. JVS transforms lives by helping people build skills and find jobs to achieve economic mobility. We provide hard and soft skills, work readiness training, on-the-job training, and placement support services to position our clients for career path jobs and brighter economic futures. JVS uses a dual-customer approach: we partner with Bay Area employers to understand their hiring needs, and work closely with our clients to build skills necessary to gain employment and advance in their occupations. As we strive to deliver effective, client-centered services, we continuously analyze the labor market, identify new opportunities, and develop responsive training programs.
