CAWSI Uganda Sharing the love of Jesus Christ by meeting the earthly needs of vulnerable children and women in Rakai District Uganda Our Mission To share the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ with orphaned and vulnerable children and women of Rakai District Uganda by first meeting their daily life and educational needs. About Us Children and Women Support Initiative Uganda is the United States affiliate of Children and Women Support Initiative a registered community based organization in the Rakia District of the Republic of Uganda. CAWSI was started to create a school for orphaned and vulnerable children as well as supply food water and basic life needs for those children and women in and around the Rakai district. CAWSI Uganda raises funds to send for food and pay the teachers as well as to purchase school and other daily life supplies as well as bibles in the United States and ship them to Rakai.
