Founded by NAACP Image Award winner/CNN Hero @SusanBurtonLA, A New Way of Life helps women & girls break the cycle of entrapment in the criminal justice system. We envision a world where everyone is valued, and systems of oppression are eliminated. Our mission is to empower communities with opportunity where justice impacted women heal, excel, and lead while disrupting systems of oppression and harm.
