#getlocated Lancaster Outreach Center, founded in 1986, receives a broad base of support from area businesses, churches, and the United Way of Dallas. LOC provides emergency assistance in the form of food, rent and utility assistance, and job placement services. Additionally, LOC operates a sliding scale counseling center and provides school supplies and Christmas toys for children. Our Thrift Store is another major source of income.
