Home - HOPEinFostoria There is HOPE in Fostoria WHO IS HOPE HOPE in Fostoria was founded in 2017 by a13member committee of community leaders and concerned citizens. HOPE began as a grassroots effort to address the heroin and opioid epidemic by educating the greater Fostoria community. Since their inception HOPE in Fostoria has since transitioned from a committee to an established 501c3. With this advancement HOPE in Fostoria has added three full time staff positions and has become an umbrella agency for additional prevention and recovery services throughout Seneca County.
