Empower Communities Project Ricochet Inc. Paves the Way to Positive Life Choices Project Ricochet Turning Obstacles into Opportunities for Minority Youth. Our mission is to establish and maintain an ongoing and effective coalition of parents grandparents youth service providers civic and community leaders and faithbased leaders to incorporate a bottomup approach to intervention and other issues related to the reduction of minority youth into the criminal justice system. Who we are WE establish and sustain a dedicated team of community development professionals who remain actively engaged in local communities providing ongoing support guidance and mentorship to youth involved in antisocial or criminal activities.
