LSS-Southern California is a non-profit social services agency working diligently in our community to serve more than 35,000 families and individuals each year through 50 programs in 20 locations across Southern California. Lutheran Social Services of Southern California has a legacy of meeting the needs of the vulnerable in our communities since 1946. We unite with individuals, churches, businesses, civic leaders, government agencies and other stakeholders for one goal; breaking the cycle of poverty one family at a time. Ignited by faith, we live out Gods love by embracing, equipping, and empowering vulnerable individuals, families, and communities toward self-sufficiency.

Lutheran Social Services of Southern California LA Fire Recovery Lutheran Social Services of Southern California LSSSC is directly supporting the recovery efforts of the devastating LAarea fires. Over 100000 residents were displaced and many more lost their possessions and resources to the disaster. We are working closely with our community partners ensuring they are equipped to provide support to our neighbors who were impacted. We greatly appreciate the generosity of our donors to heed the call for the ongoing recovery.
