IROC BRINGS TOGETHER PATIENTS, FAMILIES, CAREGIVERS, CLINICIANS, AND RESEARCHERS FROM THE MOST ADVANCED PEDIATRIC HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES. THE NETWORK HARNESSES COLLABORATION TO RAPIDLY SOLVE DIFFICULT PROBLEMS AND IMPROVE HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR CHILDREN WITH A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT BY SHARING DATA, IMPLEMENTING QUALITY IMPROVEMENT METHODS, DESIGNING, AND DISSEMINATING INNOVATIVE RESEARCH, AND CREATING NEW STANDARDS OF CARE.
